delicious treat

Good food. One of the best Filipino and Chinese restaurant. Not the typical homemade meals that you expect. there is something in their food that will make you come back and ask for more. The place looks so typical though....nothing special about it but of course except for the food. This can be the perfect dining place for the family and your friends. Try their barbeques! you will never go wrong!

Kalderetang Kambing

The Kalderetang Kambing, one of the menu of Mannang, is goat meat stewed in tomato sauce. The adult goat meat, Chevon, is commonly used for this dish. It is also a specialty of Central and Northern Luzon and a favorite pulutan. Pinoys are now used to cooked it with kaldereta mixes and a lot of cheese. Some version are also cooked with sugar and peanut butter added. Goats are an important nutrient source, particularly for people in the technologically developing regions,
situated mainly in the tropics. The nutrient value of goat meat, as also other food items, is becoming increasingly important in the health
management of people.
