The Kalderetang Kambing
The Kalderetang Kambing, one of the menu of Mannang, is goat meat stewed in tomato sauce. The adult goat meat, Chevon, is commonly used for this dish. It is also a specialty of Central and Northern Luzon and a favorite pulutan. Pinoys are now used to cooked it with kaldereta mixes and a lot of cheese.
