Probably the best tapa for me. This one is better than any other Tapa or Tapsilog out there. Sundried tapa is really crispy and very delicious...but a little salty...but its really good and I think this has less cholesterol because it is sundried. This is best also with achara,kamatis or with a good vinegar. This is trully a Pinoy pride dish. and indeed one of the best breakfast meals out there. Via Mare really made this one as one of their signatured dish and a must taste...for every pinoy food lovers out there. The only problem is...the price...a little too much for a Tapsilog.

Well yeah first of it doesn't come cheap for the price BUT it also doesn't come cheap for the taste and quality.

If you really wanna have a different tapa this time that will satisfy your taste-bud and will make your day then you should try this.

The crispiest tapa I've ever laid eyes on! It tastes sooo goood! You should try this one to believe!
