Fishy and Crispy!!!
The fish is freshly cooked and fried properly. Very crispy outside and so tender inside. The saltiness is very fair and the flavor is so good. The "sawsawan" is also nice...vinegar with garlic and some spices. Very good for lunch and dinner, but a bit pricey for a deep fried cuts of fish.

Sarap ng caldereta nila, tama sa timpla at lasa. JUst enough serving good for 2-3 persons.
