Breakfast twist
I find this one unique. This is the best for breakfast especially for those who love veggies. This is a fried eggplant with a "little twist" I don't know but it really has a little different taste from the other tortang talong. It has eggs, cheese, some tomatoes and onions...and i guess some secret ingredients. It's just a little expensive for a tortang talong dish and personally....this dish won't make me full...but still this would be nice for breakfast.

I dind't quite like it
I didn't quite like it but comparing it to ordinary tortang tatlo this one's much better I guess.
