The place was cramped but still love their food

We've been here several times so I'm a bit familiar with this resto. As usual I love their chicken inasal, nothing beats that for me.

We've also tried some of their other menus like chicken sisig, grilled blue marlin, sinigang bangus.

But one thing bothered me was there cramped place. Since they got lots of customers, the place was a bit cramped that we needed to squeeze in a little bit in order to be sitted.

But still I love this resto as well as their good service: attentive and friendly waiters.

simply but the best

Petso (Chicken Breast)
Bacolod Chicken Inasal really gives us Pinoy goodness. This is my favorite chicken from them. The chicken is very tender and well cooked. The chicken skin ( my favorite part) is very flavorful and the meat is very moist and tender inside. This would really good with soy sauce and calamansi
