This could be one of the "good" not the best breakfast meal from food chains out there. Mcdonald's Big breakfast meal would be a good breakfast especially if your the type of person who is always on the go. You can eat this meal for 5-10 minutes. Seriously i don't think this meal is big and i think i can eat this in just 3 minutes and will not make me full. If you want to have a real breakfast that will make you full...better check out some "tapsilogan" for just 30-50 pesos you'll surely get a lot, plus free soup!
