Kimmari

My friend bought a Kimmari for me today (November 16, 2015) at lunch time. The staff forgot to include the sauce. I called but their excuse was that they JUST FORGOT. No sorry or whatsoever. I didn't manage to eat the food because it was bland without the sauce. I've been regualrly buying my lunch here (and so as my coworkers). I will take this kind of service negatively and will not buy from this store anymore.
