Worth a good try

Chicken Caldereta
It's not something you would be raving about but it was good. Just the right taste & texture of sauce garnished with veges. Meat was also tenderly cooked. Maybe I would still prefer beef or goat for caldereta. But I can say this is still worth a good try.
