Service sucks!

Needs a wake up call
One time, we had our breakfast on this branch particularly, and we're the only customer that morning but how come the service is so slappy! Come on be more attentive to your customers! I guess you still need to be shaken up to wake up!

Need to sharpen up your service
I've been to other branches of pancake house in metro manila and I found their customer service Ok. But this branch... I would say it's below average. I'm not sure if it's just on that day or it's always been like that.
