At least it improved but not consistent

I wanted to try their halo halo again thinking that it might have improved and because some of my friends were still so fond of it.

On my first and second tries I was satisfied with it. It's well blended. The ice cream on top added extra flavors and the ice were finely shaved. But unfortunately it wasn't consistent because the next time around I had their halo-halo the ice wasn't finely shaved which I hated most in a halo-halo.

But anyway I'll give them more shots maybe it was just a bad timing!
At least it improved but not consistent
