I've been to their other branches like in MOA and Glorietta and all have excellent service! You'll definitely have great dining experience with them.

The staff were approachable, friendly, courteous and attentive to what their doing unlike with other restos that they tend to ignore their customers and avoid eye contact to prevent getting any more orders and that's what I really hate in a restaurant! But you won't experience those things with Italiannis for they have great customer service and rapport with their customers.

This branch is situated in a good location in front of man-made lake in nuvali. We had quattro formaggi, chicken barbecue pizza which taste really good and I also like their bubble gum shake. Would also love to try their blueberry shake next time. Our dinner was a treat from a friend that makes that evening extra special too. :)

I love waiters who have initiative, doing their job well and especially don't ignore customers and I found them here in Italianni's Nuvali branch. The staff as well as the manager were commendable in their work! Goood job guys!
