Mother* of innovation
The first time I ate this kind of dish was at my university cafeteria I sort of liked it but for me it was the second time's the charm when the chili they picked was the hot variety. When i saw this at the menu i laughed at the ridiculous price it had at the caf it was basically ignored haha.

A good try
If you don't eat chili well maybe this time you can. It's a chili stuffed with melted cheese rolled in a lumpia wrapper. It's a nice try though. Good as an appetizer.
