1) Went there at 2 pm but it was closed and there was no signages that tells what time it opens so I googled and it was indicated that it opens at 3pm and closes at 5am, so we decided to go back after an hour but the guard said it opens at 5pm.

2) Minimum of 4 persons required every weekends. You will have to pay the total amount of 4 even if you go alone.

3) Most of the songs are UNAVAILABLE! Called for assistance, the staff updated the software but nothing has changed!

4) Comfort rooms aren't comfortable! Doors can't be locked from the inside so you'll just have to hold on to the door to prevent it from opening by others from the outside while doing your thing.

5) I have been a customer for years and I don't see any improvements. They're getting worst instead!

*Keep ignoring these reviews and you will lose everything. It's up to you guys, God bless and good luck but today will be my last visit.
