Caldereta in coconut milk makes it yummy
There are different types of Caldereta: beef, chicken and the original version, kambing, which I believe that's where it first originated. There are also different ways of cooking this. Some makes it spicy, others with evaporated milk and this one with coconut milk.
With the mixture of tomato sauce and coconut milk, the right thickness of its sauce with its spicy touch on it makes it really delicious. It's really worth trying for.
