Recommendation Letter
I am very pleased to recommend Mr. Jaypee Amoranto, one of Sugarhouse's staff in Robinsons Magnolia. I am a regular buyer of concorde cake at Sugarhouse. Yesterday (November 24, 2014), I bought a whole Concorde cake for my godson's birthday celebration that night at around 18:30. We weren't able to try the cake that night. But the next day (November 25, 2014) I tasted a slice of cake and it was quite sour. The fillings in the middle are not the same taste of what it used to before. I knew that there was something wrong. Thought that it might be expired or rotted. Then I called the branch where I bought it. And I was able to talk to a very approachable and friendly staff Mr. Jaypee Amoranto. His approach to managing a customer was highly professional and greatly respectful. He told me that he will report the incident and that the cake will be delivered not later than 17:00 today. Truly, the cake arrived as said, not expecting that he will be the one to deliver it on my given address. He came with the box of cake and that I thought he was riding a motorcycle for delivering the cake, but no. He came with all his efforts all the way from Robinsons Magnolia. Our place is not that easy to locate and that made me feel that his uncanny ability to know what the clients wants before they tell him makes us, customers, happy and comfortable.
Mr. Jaypee's customer service has exceeded my expectations. I've witnessed his efforts and proved that he works hard and loves his job. He is very accommodating. I asked him how long is he working with Sugarhouse, and he's been working for 8 years. His skills have grown rapidly in the years of service. For all the reasons, I think Mr. Jaypee Amoranto should be recognized by the company for with the honor of promoting him.
With his abilities, adaptability and dedication, Mr. Jaypee Amoranto will make a great part of your company. I have no doubts you will be exceptionally pleased if you promote him or give him recognition.
