I think Terry's is still the best place to relax and enjoy great food and select a drink from the best wine selection i've seen in Manila. From Vega Sicilia to Marques de Caceres, exquiste wines, all in one list. All items in the menu are made from imported ingredients flown in by the company itself and these ingredients are available, including coldcuts, cheeses, etc. at their deli. The clientele is a virtual who's who in the country on a daily basis. I suggest you make reservations before dropping by any of their 3 outlets whether for lunch or dinner. It's always packed even if prices are not cheap. Thank God for credit cards. One visit will surely turn into a habit.
