If you want the best food manila has to offer, then go to this restaurant. Food here is overflowing. It is impossible to sample all of the dishes. Best of all, everything is freshly cooked and prepared. I liked everything that I tasted except for the lansones salad. I especially loved the fresh oysters and the assortment of fish dishes. Who said eating at a buffet is unhealthy? I though the service is impeccable. The waiters were so attentive and polite. Will definitely come back to Paseo Uno.
