If you love lugaw, then this is for you! Arrozcaldo Espesyal by Mangan is definitely one of the best lugaw in the metro. Flavorfull lugaw with very tender meat, chili sauce and some spices...you can never go wrong! the only thing I don't like is the price. bit too much for "lugaw with laman"
If you love fried chicken, then definitely this one should be on your list! very soft and juicy inside..and very crispy outside. Mangan's fried chicken is simply one of the best. The only thing that I don;t like about this dish is the price! A bit too much for a piece of fried chicken but definitely very good for heavy meals.
