Men! If I were to visit a plaza, I would go here, Its nice, there's a lot of chairs and tables, and the plants are well nourished here

24/7 eatery in palawan
If you're looking for a place to eat that is open til midnight then go to Pares Plaza. I believe they have 2 branches. One in San Pedro and somewhere near the provincial hospital.
It's an affordable 24/7 tapsilogan in Palawan. They also serve made to order dishes. Food is also good and in a budget.

Good food but not with broccoli with beef
In the middle of the night we got very hungry and the only open dining in the city was Pares Plaza. I tried their broccoli with beef but mine got a little bit salty. My friends had tapsilog and bulalo and they were very much satisfied with it.

24hr Open
If you're looking for a 24-hr place to eat in the city of Puerto Princesa this is good enough. They have variety of dishes from tapsilog, nooodles, bulalo.
