Mélange first opened on December 2000 as Café Breizh in Libis, Quezon City, serving mostly savory and dessert crepes. It later decided to relocate and change its menu to give the café a new character. It reopened at Sgt. Esguerra Ave. as Mélange on February 2003. All their crepe cooks were trained in Boracay at Gorio’s Café Breizh de Boracay which is one of the most popular creperies in the Philippines. The kitchen staff comprises of experienced cooks specializing in Italian, American, and Filipino cuisine.
