Yesterday, Monday 24 March 2014, we stopped by SumoSam at Pavilion mall for lunch. The place was not crowded, there were only three tables that were occupied. We ordered Fried Maki and beef with mushrooms and onions (don't remember the dish), anyway, we got the beef dish and couple of bottled water, we finished the beef dish and no Fried Maki, we inquired with the waitress twice, still no fried maki, after about an hour we finally got the dish, being disgusted with service, we opted to pay our bill and took our order home. It is a shame that your establishment treats their customers so shabbily, what could have been a great experience since the food was great, turned out to be disastrous. The staff was nonchalant and non-responsive, the Manager had nothing to say concerning this matter, a total disregard to customers' complaint. If this is a franchise or company establishment, we recommend you train your people the proper service etiquette. What a shame.....
