How can I forget this lousy restaurant! Even my friends agreed with me. They had experience the same lousy service of this branch.

Not only you need to wave your hand to call their attention but it looks like they're purposely trying to avoid it! It took me several tries to even refill my bottomless iced tea! Come on! What kind of service do you have!
