Oh by just looking at it, it makes me so hungry again. It tastes better than it looks. This is what I like when it says "sinigang", just the right sour, mouth-watering taste that you can't stop sipping every bit of the broth. The perfect blend. Hmmmm... so delicious!

The serving is big enough good for 3-4 persons but it may depend on how big you can consume hahaha. The meat is tender and well cooked.
