They need to be attentive to their customers

Well, I guess we also have the same experience for this branch. Though we love their food but their service needs a little working. We noticed that the crews were not that approachable and attentive. Especially on the "attentive" part! Other restaurants you don't really need to call their attention to serve you but they have the initiative to attend to your needs. This was just our opinion and experience with them. And Oh by the way, we didn't just dine there once to experience this.

On the good side, we love the ambiance and food!

Staff need more training

This is a newly opened restaurant in nuvali. The food and place were good except for their staff. Clearly they need more training. For this kind of restaurant they should have an initiative to attend to their customers. They should be attentive at least and that is lacking....
